Hola! Hello!
We’re Vanessa & Darrin, and we’ll be your hosts at Casa Sol y Luna.
We were both born and raised in the UK, and we raised our own families there, too. But the sun was calling, and we made the decision to retire to Spain. We try to travel back home at least once a year, but living in such a wonderful place, with the Mediterranean on our doorstep, it’s difficult to leave!
We enjoy a quiet life here in Arboleas, relaxing by the pool and spending time with our neighbours. We love getting outside, and we’re lucky enough to have the Almanzora Valley greenway nearby.
We live full time in the main house opposite Casa Sol y Luna, so if you need anything, have any questions about your stay, or you simply fancy having a chat with us, don’t be afraid to shout!

We’re a little shy around new people – and we don’t want to disturb you – so you may not see us much during your stay. But if you do happen to spot us chilling out by the pool, feel free to say hello!
